1. Current commission rates

Service bookings
5%

Deducted from provider proceeds on a completed service booking.

Ticket sales
5%

Deducted from organizer proceeds on a ticket sale.

Buyers pay the total displayed at checkout. Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, Planifya commission is taken from the provider or organizer side rather than added as a separate buyer charge.

Current Planifya ratePlanifya charges 5% commission on service bookings and 5% on ticket sales. Rates may change for future transactions; the rate and net amount recorded for an existing transaction stay fixed for that transaction.

2. Supported checkout

Only payment methods shown as active at checkout should be treated as supported. Planifya integrates AbhiPay. Provider availability, bank authorization and transaction status can affect whether a booking is confirmed.

Planifya stores transaction and order references, amount, currency, status and related booking or ticket metadata to create bookings, reconcile gateway status and prevent duplicate or paid-without-booking errors.

3. Payment-protection workflow

For eligible marketplace transactions, Planifya uses a held-payment and release workflow so the provider does not immediately receive the customer’s payment before the applicable completion or event conditions.

This is not a bank account.“Escrow” references describe the functional hold-and-release process only. Planifya is not a bank, stored-value wallet or regulated escrow trustee.

4. Service-provider payout

  1. The customer pays the total displayed at checkout.
  2. The paid booking is recorded and the service is performed.
  3. The provider confirms completion using the customer’s six-digit completion PIN.
  4. The customer may approve payout. If the customer does not act, payout is automatically approved 48 hours after completion, unless the live configured rule differs.
  5. Approval makes the provider amount eligible for transfer; it is not proof of bank credit.
  6. Planifya separately processes the transfer and records its status and proof.
There is no “48-hour settlement” promise.Forty-eight hours is the automatic payout-approval waiting rule, not a guarantee that money reaches a bank account within 48 hours.

5. Organizer ticket payout

Ticket proceeds remain held while the event is upcoming and through the applicable post-event holding period. Eligibility does not automatically transfer funds: Planifya separately reviews and processes the payout. Event termination or refunded sales block affected proceeds.

Providers and organizers must maintain a correct account title, bank, account number and IBAN. Payouts may be delayed for unusual details, disputes, mismatches, risk checks or legal requirements.

6. Failed, pending and duplicate payments

  • Pending: wait for final reconciliation and avoid repeated attempts against the same order.
  • Failed: do not treat a booking as paid without Planifya or gateway confirmation.
  • Charged but missing: do not pay again; contact Support with the order or transaction reference.
  • Duplicate charge: provide both references so the payments can be matched and corrected or refunded.

Approved refunds are processed through the integrated workflow. Bank and issuer timing determines when the credit appears after processing.

Planifya may pause, review, correct or refuse a payout or refund where there is a reasonable indication of fraud, duplicate payment, compromise, invalid bank details, prohibited activity, unresolved dispute, event cancellation, chargeback or legal requirement.
