These Terms form an agreement concerning your use of Planifya. By creating an account, accepting these Terms, uploading content, making a booking or ticket purchase, applying as a provider or otherwise using a transaction feature, you agree to these Terms and the linked policies.
1. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 and legally capable of entering the transactions you make.
- Provide accurate name, email, phone and other required information, and keep it current.
- Protect your password, email, device and social sign-in credentials.
- Do not impersonate another person, evade restrictions or use Planifya for fraud or unlawful activity.
- Planifya may require email verification, reauthentication or additional evidence for security and safety.
2. What Planifya does
Planifya provides technology for discovering event services and events, communicating, creating quotations, booking services, processing supported payments, holding and releasing marketplace payments, issuing and validating tickets, supporting refunds and disputes, and managing provider and organizer payouts.
Unless a listing expressly identifies Planifya as the service provider or organizer, Planifya does not perform the booked service or organize the event. Customers contract with the applicable independent provider; ticket buyers attend subject to organizer and event terms.
3. Customer service bookings
- Review scope, package, date, location and total before paying.
- Use Planifya chat and custom offers for material changes so there is a transaction record.
- Pay through supported Planifya checkout to use the platform payment and refund workflow.
- Do not share the six-digit completion PIN until the service is actually complete.
- If charged without a booking, do not make repeated payments; use reconciliation and support.
4. Providers
Provider access begins with an approved application attached to an ordinary Planifya account. Providers must keep business details, listings, prices and availability accurate, and are responsible for lawful delivery, required permissions, taxes, personnel, equipment and compliance with customer agreements.
A verification badge reflects checks performed at a point in time. It does not guarantee quality, licensing, financial standing or future performance.
5. Events and tickets
- Ticketed events require Planifya/admin verification before public sale.
- Organizers must have authority over the event, venue, content, ticketing and required permissions or NOCs.
- Packages, prices, capacity, timing, attendee rules and cutoff must be accurate.
- Buyers must protect QR credentials from copying or public posting.
- Buyer change-of-mind tickets are not automatically refundable unless specific terms, a Planifya exception or law provides otherwise.
- Event termination can block organizer payout and trigger refunds for affected paid bookings.
6. Payments, charges, payouts and refunds
Customers pay the amount displayed at checkout. Planifya may deduct configured charges or commission from provider or organizer proceeds. Current transaction-specific rates and net amounts shown in the app control that transaction.
For services, payout approval means the provider amount is approved for transfer—not that a bank credit has completed. Organizer proceeds become eligible only after the applicable event holding period and are transferred separately.
An eligible paid service booking can receive an automatic full refund within the first five minutes. After that, an eligible request goes to the provider. Provider silence escalates after 72 hours and does not automatically decide the case.

7. User content, safety and enforcement
User Content includes profiles, listings, media, event information, chat, voice notes, files, custom offers, reviews, reports and support attachments. You retain ownership of content you own and grant Planifya the limited rights reasonably needed to host, format, display, transmit, secure, moderate and operate the relevant platform feature.
Do not upload unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, threatening, hateful, exploitative, harassing, defamatory, privacy-invasive, infringing, malicious or dangerous material. Do not fabricate transactions, reviews, tickets, disputes or verification documents.
Planifya may warn, limit features, hide or remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, and preserve evidence where reasonably needed to enforce policy, protect users or comply with law. Immediate action may be required for fraud, security or safety.
8. Disclaimers, governing law and contact
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Planifya provides the marketplace on an “as available” basis and does not guarantee every provider, event, connection, payment gateway, notification or third-party service will be error-free or continuously available. Nothing excludes non-waivable rights under applicable Pakistani consumer law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, subject to mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rules. Internal dispute review does not remove a party’s right to approach a competent authority or court.
Planifya may update these Terms for features, risk controls, fees or legal requirements. Material changes will be communicated where required or appropriate.
